Hey! Yep, my name is Rockie Zeigler III. Since you're probably wondering, no, Rockie isn’t my real name. It’s Roscoe (everyone asks that the first time we meet). I’m a lifelong Central Illinoisan. I grew up in Normal, then moved to Peoria in the summer of 2000 and I’ve been here ever since. I graduated from Bradley University in 2003 and I also completed studies at the College For Financial Planning.
I have an amazing family. A beautiful, patient, and fun-loving wife. Four kids, Astrid (8), Murphy (6), Clarke (5) and Crosby (5).
There's my crew on the 4th of July 2019, at Dozer Park.
Alright, what else? I love Notre Dame football, Cardinals baseball, and golf. I’m also one of the foremost experts on 90's music in the Midwest.
I’ve been featured in media outlets such as CNBC, US News & World Report, The Huffington Post, The Peoria Journal Star, WYZZ Fox 43 Peoria and WMBD TV. I'm also a contributor to the new financial blog MoneyGeek.
I’m a CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) Professional. Roughly 70% of 'financial advisors' ARE NOT certified in financial planning.
I'm a member of The XY Planning Network which is a national network of financial planners. We don't have minimum asset requirements, we don't accept commissions, we don't have pushy sales tactics and we're all sworn fiduciaries.
I'm also a member of of the National Association Of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) as well as the Fee-Only Network. NAPFA is the country’s leading professional association of Fee-Only financial advisors—highly trained professionals who are committed to working in the best interests of those they assist. NAPFA has high standards in the financial advice field. Each advisor is required to sign and renew a fiduciary oath, as well as subscribe to a strict code of ethics.
I also host the new podcast Hey Peoria! Let's Talk Money podcast. It is a podcast covering all things investing and personal finance in a laid back, easy to understand manner.

*Record scratch* Yup, that’s me. You’re probably wondering how I ended up here. My name is Casey and I’m excited to be on the team providing administrative and marketing support! I grew up in Woodstock (not the fun one in New York; the one in Northern IL where they filmed the Groundhog Day movie), moved to Normal for my university studies, and just stayed in Central Illinois after I graduated.
I should probably list my credentials, so here they are. I graduated from Illinois State University in December 2018 with a BA in English Studies and a concentration in Children’s Literature. Translation: I LOVE to read and write! I’m still pretty new to office life in the grand scheme of things, but I have about two years of administrative, content creation, and social media marketing experience and I’m looking forward to continuing to polish those skills in my role here.
But hey, I’m more than just a front desk tycoon; I have hobbies! In my spare time I’m either working on my novel drafts (you’re not a real English major unless you dream of publishing a book one day), running the Morton Community Madrigal Ensemble, watching The Office, baking a cake, or hanging out with my husband and our two guinea pigs, Guinness and Tyrion.
Jami Started in the accounting world and then discovered that financial planning was a lot more fun!
She worked in accounting after getting her accounting degree. Her two favorite people (daughters) came along for her to raise and homeschool and then walk with through high school and now college. In 2010, she started her tax business and eventually earned the EA and ChFC® designations. The CFP® is her ultimate goal! Jami loves to go behind the scenes of the financial planning engagement and do all the plan assembly and analysis as well as tax planning.
What She Cares About Most
Being a mom to her two favorite people and her pride of cats.
Doing her best work and learning.
What She Enjoys
Nerding out on publications and podcasts, drinking hot tea, dark chocolate, hanging out with her daughters, family, cats.
